Trusted person
The person of trust offers a confidential, non-hierarchical, benevolent and neutral listening space for all people who find themselves in difficulty in the workplace. Without judging, the person of trust will welcome the story and through questioning centered on the person, this exchange will allow the person consulting to be given some leeway.
The objective is to direct the person to the appropriate resources for each situation and accompany him, if necessary, to an interview with Human Resources or Management.
The trusted person guarantees you complete confidentiality and will never act without your consent.
